At DEVOPS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
